Roasted Radishes with Miso Dressing
Instructions
• Pre-heat oven to 350F
• Roast radishes for 20-25min
• Add all the ingredients of the miso dressing to a small blender or hand whisk
• Sautee greens in a big wok/pan with a high heat oil (coconut, avocado, sesame, etc.)
Miso Dressing
• 1 tbsp miso paste
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 1/4 tsp lemon juice
• Sesame oil & water to thin
• Dash of coconut aminos
Sauteed Greens
• Radish & turnip tops
• Minced garlic
• Sea salt
