The Nurture & Nourish Program is designed for those who are looking for support, guidance and accountability to keep on track on your wellness goals. You have the option to start with one month, or take your journey one step further and commit to a three-month program.

Please inquire for rates. I offer a sliding scale, by donation model, with customized pricing for individuals, non-profits and corporate groups. Payment plans, energy exchanges, and scholarships are available.

How It Works

Introductory Chat

Let’s get to know each other! This is an opportunity for you to share your main wellness goals, and anything related to nutrition, yoga and wellness you are working towards as well as seeing if we’re a good fit. 

Explore - Initial Visit - Day one of your three-month journey.

During our initial visit, we review your health and medical history, discuss your current health concerns, and map out your goals. Food habits, lifestyle, signs and symptoms will be assessed. I ask a ton of questions, you share insight into your past health and current goals. Outside of this appointment, time is spent transferring your diet and lifestyle analysis into a comprehensive, individualized wellness plan, with customized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, meal ideas, recipes, and educational resources and reading.

Empower - Wellness Plan Review (1-Week After Initial Visit)

You will be presented with your individualized health plan. If you’d like, we can arrange a call to review the recommendations and resources provided. You will leave with a toolbox of realistic strategies to support you on your wellness journey.

Elevate - Pantry Assessment

During this session, we will virtually go over items in your fridge, freezer and pantry. We’ll go over different items to see what you can keep, and what could be contributing to your main health concerns (and why!), while offering a combination of demystifying food labels, understanding kitchen essentials and proper storage and usage of ingredients. This will also help provide more customized meal prep ideas and simple recipes using ingredients you already have. This session will have you feeling inspired to keep your kitchen full of wholesome foods that are right for your individual body!

Evolve - Follow-Up Sessions (2-4 Weeks)

Follow-ups are an opportunity to reflect on the previous recommendations, assess what did and didn’t work, adjust and add recommendations and resources and continue to build your holistic wellness knowledge. We can cater these sessions to specific topics (i.e. hormones, allergies, digestive health, skin, herbs, etc. - please see list of workshops here).

Add-On’s - Yoga, Ayurveda, Workshops

As a Registered Yoga Teacher with training in Ayurveda and Holistic Nutrition, all of these modalities will be blended into your sessions and you will be provided with educational resources around this. You have the option to personally request incorporating dedicated sessions to Ayurveda, yoga and various workshops.
