I’m a registered yoga teacher and nutritionist, and I can’t wait to help support you, your loved ones, friends and colleagues, on your wellness journeys. Whether booking a nutrition consult, yoga class, workshop, retreat or corporate event, you can expect an inclusive and compassionate approach; working with the body, the eight limbs of yoga, nutrition and Ayurveda to help bring balance and encourage emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
