Sweet Potato Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
1+ cup of non-dairy milk
• ¾ cup cooked quinoa
• ¾ cup cooked sweet potato (mashed)
• 1 tbsp of nut/seed butter
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp each turmeric, cinnamon
• Garnish with choice of flaxseed, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, etc.
Instructions:
Start to heat the non-dairy milk in a pan; add the quinoa, sweet potato, nut butter and spices. Option to garnish with more superfoods; and add more milk if you want it more liquidy.
